We have an exciting opportunity for a Sourcing Assistant who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working collaboratively to support the efficient coordination of sourcing and administrative activities.### Key Responsibilities

• Assist Sourcing Co-ordinators with the preparation and compilation of new brief packs.
• Co-ordination of outward and inward bound parcels.
• Accurately record and track the movement of garments, swatches, artwork, and colour submissions on the relevant GIS system.
• Facilitate the movement of garments between departments for fit sessions and related activities.
• Ensure garments are available and prepared for reviews, presentations, and showings.
• Liaise regularly with vendors and buyers to manage day-to-day operational requirements.
• Process internal payment requests and raise orders for locally sourced packaging.
• Provide general administrative support to the sourcing team.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) Experience and Knowledge: 2-3 years' administration and clerical experience, preferably within a clothing retail or importing environment. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.### Competencies
