WE ARE HIRING
Position: Sous Chef
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualifications: Relevant Chef’s qualification / papers
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chef/Sous Chef in a busy restaurant environment
- Location: Must reside in or near Mossel Bay
- Salary: Market related, based on experience and qualifications
- Systems: Experience with GAAP or POS systems
- Skills: Strong background in menu planning and costing, accurate stock control and stock takes as well as staff management
- Attitude: Creative, innovative, hands-on, and focused on minimising food wastage
- Availability: Must be able to work long hours, weekends, public holidays, and school holidays – this is a busy hospitality environment
- Valid driver’s license
