About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and detail-oriented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality standards, and leading a dedicated brigade.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and service.
• Maintain strict standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation.
• Lead, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff to foster a positive, productive environment.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and wastage minimization.
• Ensure consistent presentation and top-tier culinary execution for every dish.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume culinary setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of food safety regulations and cost-control management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
