Job description
Pharmacy Department, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
36hrs per week, Monday - Friday
The Acute Pharmacy Department require an Administrator to provide support to the Vaccine Services Team.
The post holder will work with a team of Pharmacy Technicians and Assistants to provide an efficient / effective vaccine service across NHS Grampian.
We encourage applicants who are able to demonstrate previous office experience within a similar arena, although NHS experience is desirable this is not essential.
Applicants will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent IT skills. The successful applicant, will be self-motivated, have the ability to work within a team, on their own initiative and with minimal supervision.
