Job description
Management & Operations
- Overseeing the daily running of the spa.
- Opening and closing the business.
- Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and health regulations are maintained.
- Managing stock levels and ordering products.
- Maintaining equipment and arranging repairs if needed.
- Ensuring treatment rooms are prepared and fully stocked.
Staff Management
- Supervising therapists and reception staff.
- Creating work schedules and rosters.
- Training and mentoring staff.
- Monitoring performance and productivity.
- Handling disciplinary matters and resolving staff issues.
- Conducting team meetings.
Client Experience
- Ensuring excellent customer service.
- Handling client complaints professionally.
- Building relationships with regular clients.
- Maintaining high treatment standards.
- Monitoring client satisfaction.
Sales & Business Growth
- Meeting monthly sales targets.
- Selling retail skincare products.
- Promoting specials and memberships.
- Managing bookings to maximise therapist productivity.
- Preparing reports on sales and performance.
Administration
- Managing cash-ups and banking.
- Processing payments.
- Preparing reports for the owner.
- Monitoring expenses.
- Managing supplier relationships.
- Keeping accurate client records.
Perform treatments when busy
- Facials
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- Body treatments
- Massages
- Waxing
- Laser treatments (if qualified)
- IV drips (where legally permitted and appropriately qualified)
- Skin consultations
Pay: R4 500,00 - R9 000,00 per month
