Description:

The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients and guests visiting the spa. This role plays a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all spa visitors. The Spa Receptionist must be friendly, well-organized, and possess excellent communication skills to handle client inquiries and assist with scheduling appointments effectively.

As a Spa Receptionist, you are the face of the spa and play a vital role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our clients. Your friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and dedication to providing exceptional service contribute to the overall success of the spa and the satisfaction of our valued guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric.
• Formal qualification not always essential, but advantageous.
• Hospitality, Front Office or Beauty / Administration training beneficial.
• Experience in Customer Service, Reception or Hospitality advantageous.
• Strong administration, communication and booking systems skills important.
• Previous experience in a spa, salon, hotel, or similar environment preferred.
