Spa Therapist AND Spa Receptionist

Milnerton, Western Cape - Seeking a fully qualified & experienced Spa Receptionist / Back-up Therapist / for an Upmarket Day Spa

Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC

Microsoft Proficiency & Zenoti Spa Software Knowledge an advantage

Minimum 3 years Spa experience as a Strong Therapist & Reception duties.

Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated with excellent personal presentation as she is the Face of the Spa.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to being responsible for the day-to-day management of Reception Desk.

Demonstrating high standards of service and interpersonal skills, mentor and motivate staff, drive revenue and sales.

Be a confident team player

Must be qualified in the following: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, wraps

Must be mature, responsible, passionate and target driven

STRONG retail background

Must be well-groomed to present the brand, neat and big on hygiene.

Strong verbal and written communication

Must be a Team player, reliable, energetic, goal driven and well-spoken.

Strong leadership skills

Market related basic salary, commission and performance incentives.
