The Role
We’re looking for a confident, target-driven Spanish-speaking Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. You’ll be responsible for engaging with potential customers, presenting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
- Deliver compelling sales pitches in fluent Spanish
- Build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Accurately capture customer information in CRM systems
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude on every call
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native)
- Previous outbound sales or call centre experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Resilient, motivated, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Based in Cape Town
