If you have a completed 3-year degree and excellent communication skills, we want you! We are looking for an experienced Specliased Client Liason to join our dynamic team in Johannsburg for a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and processing e-mails received from clients.
• Helping and serving our clients by resolving their queries in accordance with our Client Care processes.
• Giving skincare and product advice..
• Liaising with Logistics and our courier service providers.
• Pitching offers and processing orders.
• Investigating queries.
• Many other ad hoc administrative duties.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Completed Degree or 3-year Diploma.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Patience, empathy, and good listening skills.
• Expert in multi-tasking.
• Positive attitude.
• Perform well under pressure.
• Fully bilingual in English and one other South African language.

Package & Remuneration
