SQA Coordinator

Job Summary:

Inhle New Opco is seeking a SQA Coordinator responsible for ensuring that all incoming goods conform to specifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Sampling

Draw samples aseptically from ingredients containers as requested. This includes samples from Bulk Alcohol Tankers

• Quality inspections

Inspect all dry goods on receiving for any defects Ensure that documentation is completed correctly

Compare COA/COC with specification and report deviations to QA Manager Isolate Non- conforming stock.

Coordination of PRP Audits

Identification for expired ingredients in the Warehouse

• SQA duties

Ensure that all required documentation has been approved by all staff. Keep record of all COA's/COCs received with deliveries

Responsible for Supplier Risk Assessments, including supplier audits where required Ensure all suppliers complete Supplier Questionnaire and that all suppliers are approved. Assist Quality Manager with the management of new suppliers

Ensure that the specifications and Safety Data Sheets for all ingredients and packaging material is available and up to date. Update Spec review list as required.

Make out Supplier complaints for material that does not conform to specifications. Send supplier complaints to the supplier for feedback, record feedback on server. Monthly trend analysis on Supplier complaints

Compile monthly supplier feedback report for Board meetings Assist with traceability audits (forward & backwards as required)

Minimum Requirements:

• Internal/External candidates with National Diploma in Biotechnology or Analytical Chemistry
• Mathematical Skills – (Basic understanding of Numeracy)
• Ability to work accurately and fast Communication skills
• Accountability and must be reliable Must be able to interpret data
• Careful attention to detail to ensure accuracy & consistency in testing.

Working Conditions:

• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
• On-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.
