REMUNERATION

Grade 1: R 229 440 per annum, Grade 2: R 272 778 per annum, Grade 3: R 319 071 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).

REGISTRATION WITH A PROFESSIONAL COUNCIL

Registration with the SANC as Staff Nurse.

INHERENT REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

A valid driver’s licence. Willingness to work on the mobile health clinic bus. Willingness to work overtime.

DUTIES (KEY RESULT AREAS/OUTPUTS)

Development and implementation of basic patient care. Provide basic clinical nursing care. Effective utilization of physical and financial resources. Maintain professional growth/ethical standards and self-development.

EXPERIENCE

Grade 1: None. Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years’ appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing after registration with SANC as Staff Nurse. Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years’ appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing after registration with SANC as Staff Nurse.

Upon appointment, incumbents will be expected to render clinical services across institutions in the Ecosystem, as needed to sustain health service delivery

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Qualification that allows registration with the SANC as Staff Nurse.

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS)

Basic Computer literacy (MS Office). Ability to function independantly , as well as in a multi-disciplinary team to ensure good patient care. Good communication skills.
