Staff Nurse

We're Hiring: Staff Nurse

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients receiving care at home? Our client is seeking a professional Staff Nurse to join their growing team.

📍 Location: Gauteng

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised care plans.

- Deliver high-quality nursing care in patients' homes.

- Administer medication and treatments in accordance with the prescribed care plan.

- Monitor patients' health status and report any changes.

- Supervise and support caregivers to ensure quality care.

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

- Ensure compliance with professional standards, infection prevention protocols and company policies.

Minimum Requirements:

✔ Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse (Advantage).

✔ Relevant nursing qualification.

✔ Previous experience in home-based care, community healthcare, frail care or clinical nursing will be advantageous.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Compassionate, professional and patient-centred approach to care.

✔ Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport will be an advantage.
