Job description

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to handle UIF and COIDA. This is a specialist role requiring a knowledge of SA labour legislation and the practical ability to navigate the UIF and Compensation Fund systems. Role is based in Kloof, Durban.

Position Overview

Register and deregister employers and employees with the UIF and Compensation Fund
Prepare, submit and reconcile monthly UIF declarations (UI-19) and annual employer returns
Lodge, track and follow up on claims
Manage Compensation Fund assessments, Letters of Good Standing, and premium reconciliations
Liaise directly with the Dept. of Labour and Labour and the Compensation Commissioner's office

Position Requirements

Matric (NQF 4)
Experience in processing UIF declarations & managing COIDA
Functional knowledge of the UIF and COIDA Act
Proficiency with the uFiling system and the Compensation Fund's online portal
Competent in MS Office
Strong written communication
A minimum of 2 years' experience with direct, hands-on responsibility for UIF and COIDA.
Drivers Licence

Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
