Stock Clerk

Job functions:

• Ensure that all your daily functions and operations comply to KDC’s written SOPs, Good Warehousing and Distribution Practices, Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and KDC’s Quality Management System.
• Adherence to FIFO/FEFO and reporting of soon to expired stock to relevant supervisor
• Replenishment of stock in the warehouse according to company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and comply with Good Warehousing and Distribution Practices (GWDP)
• Assist with stock investigations
• Put away stock according to company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with Good Wholesaling and Distribution Practices (GWDP).
• Adherence to good housekeeping practice
• Stock is immediately put-away after checking at receiving according to the put-away report.
• Handling of stock during the put-away process to eliminate damages and report any such damages immediately to the warehouse manager.
• Participate in regular cycle counts and annual stock take.
• Assist with stock investigations.
• Any other task as requested by warehouse manager or supervisor, within employees scope of employment.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• Assistant Basic within a pharmaceutical wholesaler.

Experience:

• 2-3 years experience within a pharmaceutical wholesaler
