Stock Controller

Stock Controller Duties – Semper System * Capture and receive all stock deliveries on the Semper system. * Check deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes. * Ensure correct quantities, prices, and stock items are captured. * Issue stock to departments through the Semper system. * Process stock transfers between stores, departments, kitchen, bar, and other outlets. * Maintain accurate stock quantities and item records on Semper. * Conduct regular physical stock counts and capture results in the system. * Investigate and report variances between physical stock and Semper stock balances. * Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and report items that need reordering. * Process stock returns, damages, wastage, and expired items correctly. * Monitor food, beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational stock. * Ensure correct costing and stock prices are maintained. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock and variance reports. * Reconcile supplier deliveries and invoices with stock received. * Monitor stock movements to prevent theft, losses, and unauthorised issuing. * Ensure all stock is correctly allocated to the relevant department or cost centre. * Work closely with **Purchasing, Accounts, Kitchen, Bar, Housekeeping, and Management**. * Ensure all stock movements are captured promptly and accurately in Semper.

Pay: R6 536,78 - R16 000,00 per month
