About the role The Stock replenisher isn the non foods and cross border replenishment is responsible for managing import and local supply lines for designated product groups. The role ensures optimal inventory availability across stores while balancing stock, customer demand and business objectives. This includes forecasting stock requirements, maintaining system parameters, planning promotional inventory and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve supply chain and sales targets.

What you'll do* Forecast stock requirements accurately to meet sales demand and avoid overstocking or stockouts.

• Manage import and local supply lines for designated non-food and cross-border product groups.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across all assigned stores, ensuring availability and balance.
• Plan and coordinate promotional inventory to support sales campaigns and special events.
• Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, sales, and store operations for seamless stock replenishment.
• Engage with external suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply chain issues.
• Monitor and update system parameters related to inventory management and stock planning.
• Conduct regular stock analysis to identify trends, demand fluctuations, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout supply chain processes.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, supply performance, and key metrics for management review.

What you bringQualification

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Previous experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in stock replenishment, inventory control, or supply chain management, preferably within retail or FMCG sectors.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong understanding of import and local supply chain processes, including cross-border logistics.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent analytical and forecasting skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address supply chain issues proactively.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards within logistics and supply chain.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and reporting capabilities.
