Stock Reporter

A leading Retail Service Provider is seeking a Stock Reporter to take control of multiple operations. The candidate must have verifiable experience in the duties listed below:

• Stock counts: Physically count products and compare them with the quantities recorded in the system.
• Stock reporting: Produce daily, weekly or monthly reports showing stock levels and movements.
• Identify discrepancies: Investigate situations where the system says there are 50 units but only 45 can be found.
• Goods received: Check deliveries against invoices or delivery notes and ensure stock is correctly captured.
• Stock movements: Record transfers between branches, damaged goods, returns and adjustments.
• Low-stock reporting: Highlight products that are running low so that purchasing can take action.
• Slow-moving/obsolete stock: Identify products that aren't selling and report them to management.
• Stock takes: Assist with scheduled full or partial stock counts.
• Data accuracy: Make sure the stock-management system reflects what is actually in the store or warehouse.
• Management reporting: Provide information that helps management understand stock losses, availability and turnover.

This is a remote position, so you will need to have a laptop, smartphone and reliable internet. We are looking for a candidate who is organized and detail-oriented.
