Store Assistant — BULL The Biltong Shop (Pretoria East)
BULL is a single-origin, farm-to-counter biltong brand — "When The Farmer Owns The Whole Chain." Our first store is at CastleGate Shopping Centre, Pretoria East, and we're looking for a Store Assistant to help run the floor and give every customer a genuinely great experience.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Helping run the day-to-day floor operations
- Engaging confidently and warmly with guests
- Sharing our story with customers — how our farms work, and what makes BULL biltong different
- Supporting the Store Manager with stock handling and daily store tasks
- Representing the BULL ethos in every customer interaction
What we're looking for:
- Confident and warm with guests — comfortable telling our story
- Genuinely interested in where our biltong comes from and why it's different
- Reliable, hands-on, and happy to help wherever needed
- Retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage
- Comfortable working weekends
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Based in or near Pretoria East
Details:
- Location: Pretoria East, CastleGate Shopping Centre
- Hours: Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break), Sunday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Rotational roster with 1.5 days off per week, including weekend rotation.
