Job description
As a Store Leader, you will and support all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an unsurpassed service culture. You will perform with high integrity in operation, loss prevention compliance, human resource management, stock management, as well as visual merchandising presentation. You will be a dynamic and inspiring leader who has strong background in relationship building skills.
As the Store Leader you will represent the brand as a Curve Gear Ambassador by promoting the values and ambitions of the brand within the marketplace.
The Store Leader is responsible for leading the team to create a brilliant experience where our customers feel delighted, surprised, and excited. To achieve this, he/she should be empowering and coaching the team to maintain and grow strong long-term customer relationships. He/she is also accountable to manage the day-to day operations and financial performance of the store and to continuously search for new innovative ways of improving the business.

MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Matric Certificate
- At least 3 Years proven experience in a Supervisory role
