We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager at Aldo Sandton to lead our retail team and oversee the full operation of our store. This role requires a strong leader who is passionate about sales, customer experience, and team development, with the ability to drive performance and maintain high operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Drive store sales to meet and exceed monthly targets KPIs
• Analyses sales reports and identify opportunities for growth
• Lead, motivate and inspire the store team to achieve goals
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Oversee stock management, including receiving, transfers, and stock takes
• Manage store administration, reporting, health and safety compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar retail management role
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Sales-driven with a track record of achieving targets
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience with stock control, merchandising, and store operations
• Strong administrative and reporting abilities
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
• Matric - essential
