About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things V+A Waterfront Store.

This is a full-time position at 45 hours per week.

  • Leading by example to create an inclusive and empowering team environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting your team to achieve budgets and KPIs
  • Supporting the growth and development of your team through coaching, feedback, and succession planning, ensuring equal opportunities for progression
  • Executing Visual Merchandising in-store, with the confidence to use your judgement to make commercial decisions that reflect both brand standards and customer needs
  • Understanding stock management processes and prioritising tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience coaching a diverse team and providing clear, supportive, and on-the-spot feedback
