Key Responsibilities

• Drive store performance through strong sales leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team while building a strong and positive store culture.
• Oversee daily store operations including stock flow, financial administration, store standards, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to improve overall store performance.
• Ensure the Burnt Studios brand, values, and customer experience standards are consistently upheld.

Experience & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a high performance retail environment.
• A relevant Diploma or Degree in Retail Business Management, Organisational Psychology, Operations, or a related field will be advantageous.
