Job description

We’re Hiring: Store Manager
We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Store Manager to lead one of our retail stores and drive performance, service excellence, and team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
Drive sales targets, KPIs, and store profitability
Maintain excellent customer service standards
Handle stock control, merchandising, and displays
Manage staff scheduling, performance, and discipline
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager (retail experience essential)
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure
Furniture or homeware retail experience (advantage)

Job Type: Temp to perm

Pay: R7 500,00 - R12 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
