Job Description:

The Restaurant/Store Manager is a customer‑obsessed leader who takes full ownership of the day‑to‑day operations of a high‑performance dining environment, blending the service excellence of a restaurant with the pace and precision of a quick‑service operation.

This role is accountable for driving sales growth and profitability by placing the customer experience at the centre of every decision, process, and interaction. Through strong, visible leadership on the floor, the Store Manager sets the standard for service, quality, speed, hygiene, and consistency, while effectively executing operational and promotional initiatives.

Central to the role is the ability to inspire, develop, and retain a highly engaged team, creating a culture of accountability, pride, and service excellence in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full operational management of the restaurant on a day‑to‑day basis

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Degree, Diploma, Certificate)
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or Store Manager within QSR or Premium Casual Dining
• Own reliable transport
• Proven hands‑on, operational leadership style
• Strong people management, coaching, and leadership skills
• A positive, professional, and approachable personality
