Responsibilities:

* Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets.
* Risk control and managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
* People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management.
* Ensure that store presentation is according to company standards
* Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers.**Requirements:**


* Matric/Grade 12\.
* 2 years fashion retail management experience.
* Track record of good stock take results.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Results driven.
* Great customer care experience.
* Exceptional people skills.
* Attention to detail.
