Store Manager- Luxury Fashion

We are partnering with a prestigious international luxury fashion house to recruit an experienced Store Manager for its Johannesburg boutique.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing luxury retail team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Drive boutique performance by monitoring and improving key retail KPIs, including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and client retention.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating memorable luxury shopping experiences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients through effective clienteling strategies.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Ensure the boutique consistently meets global visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Manage inventory, stock control, shrinkage, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Partner with Head Office on commercial initiatives, events, and business development opportunities.
• Analyse trading performance and implement action plans to maximise sales and profitability.

Requirements

• South African citizenship is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Store Manager within luxury fashion, jewellery, watches, premium retail, or an international lifestyle brand.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving ambitious commercial targets.
• Strong clienteling experience with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clientele.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance metrics and drive business growth.
• Passion for luxury retail and delivering world-class customer experiences.
• Flexibility to work retail trading hours, weekends, and public holidays.
