Store Manager — BULL The Biltong Shop (Pretoria East)

BULL is a single-origin, farm-to-counter biltong brand — "When The Farmer Owns The Whole Chain." Our first store is at CastleGate Shopping Centre, Pretoria East, and we're looking for a Store Manager to take full ownership of daily operations.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Taking full control of day-to-day store operations
• Managing regular stock takes and ensuring stock quantities are tracked and handled accurately
• Receiving and processing incoming stock
• Completing and submitting staff timesheets on time
• Reporting store performance and issues back to the owner on schedule
• Representing the BULL ethos to every customer — sharing our story, how our farms work, and what makes our biltong different

What we're looking for:

• Proven retail or store management experience
• Strong organisational skills and comfortable owning accountability for stock and staff
• Confident, warm communicator — someone customers naturally want to talk to
• Reliable and hands-on, comfortable working weekends
• Based in or near Pretoria East

Details:

• Salary: R12,000 – R15,000/month
• Location: Pretoria East, CastleGate Shopping Centre
• Hours: Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break), Sunday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Rotational roster with 1.5 days off per week, including weekend rotation.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
