Store Manager

Toti Oasis is looking for a motivated, reliable, and hands-on Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our FreshStop convenience store and filling station. We are looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the FreshStop store and filling station.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage staff to ensure excellent performance.
• Prepare staff rosters and manage shifts.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock takes and stock control.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimise stock losses and wastage.
• Ensure outstanding customer service at all times.
• Handle cash management, cash-ups, and banking procedures.
• Complete daily and monthly administrative duties and reporting.
• Ensure the store and forecourt are clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Manage supplier deliveries and maintain accurate stock records.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Drive sales and ensure store targets are achieved.
• Maintain company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or similar management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
• Experience with stock control and stock takes.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, reliable, and hardworking.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in a convenience store, FreshStop, retail, or fuel station environment will be advantageous.
