Store Manager

BOOBA BEAUTEA is looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of our store in Cape Town.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation and performance of BOOBA BEAUTEA store. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth business performance;
• Supervising and supporting store staff and monitoring performance;
• Managing employee scheduling, attendance, and productivity;
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards;
• Managing inventory, stock control, ordering, and wastage;
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures;
• Handling customer complaints and operational issues;
• Managing with recruitment, onboarding, and staff training;
• Coordinating and supporting the operations of all three BOOBA BEAUTEA stores;
• Liaising with shopping centre management, suppliers, contractors, and other external business partners;
• Assisting management with administrative, operational, and business development matters;
• Performing any other reasonable duties related to the successful operation of the business.
