Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers - Helderkruin and Little Falls

We're not filling shifts — we're building something from the ground up, and we need leaders who thrive on that kind of challenge. We're looking for Managers and Assistant Managers ready to be the driving force behind our newest stores from day one.

You'll be the one setting the tone, building the team, and putting our famously high standards into practice for the first time in a brand-new location.

If you've led teams in a restaurant environment before and have the energy to turn a fresh store into a local favorite, we want to hear from you.

Minimum Requirements

• SA Citizen with a valid ID document
• Minimum 5 + years’ experience in restaurant management.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience on a Point of Sales System – exposure to Universal is advantageous
• Experience with stock control, stock count and resolving of stock discrepancies
• Strong financial management and analytical skills
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays
• Management of staff, rosters, training and other HR related duties

Qualifications:

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• Completed Diploma in Hotel or Food & Beverage Management.

Additional Requirements:

• A creative mindset that is able to adapt to constant change and challenges.
• Own Transport and valid driver’s license.
• Clean Criminal and credit record
• Good references

• Working with and implementing any new Marketing material in store
