Job description
We are looking for a professional, confident and customer-focused Senior Receptionist Manager to lead our front-of-house experience and ensure exceptional service from the moment our clients arrive until they leave.
This is a leadership role for someone who is highly organised, sales-driven and passionate about delivering a premium, luxury client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee front-of-house and reception operations.
- Welcome clients and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Manage the booking system, appointments, cancellations and waiting lists.
- Optimise appointment schedules to maximise available capacity and minimise gaps.
- Handle client queries and complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
- Supervise, guide and train junior reception team members.
- Support retail sales through product recommendations, upselling and cross-selling.
- Process payments, vouchers and cash accurately and complete daily reconciliations.
- Maintain high standards across reception, waiting areas and retail displays.
- Work closely with stylists, therapists, management and the wider team.
- Safeguard company assets, client information and financial documentation.
- Ensure company policies, procedures and service standards are consistently followed.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
✔ Previous experience in a senior reception, front-office, hospitality, salon, beauty or luxury retail role.
✔ Strong leadership and people-management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
✔ Strong organisational and administrative skills.
✔ Experience with appointment/booking systems and POS systems.
✔ A sales-focused mindset with confidence in upselling and cross-selling.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and financial accuracy.
✔ The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
✔ A polished, professional appearance and a passion for luxury customer service.
✔ The ability to lead by example and take ownership of front-of-house operations.
