Store Sales Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused In-Store Sales Consultant to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to customers, driving sales, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers warmly, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on products, features, and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, products, and store policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor recommendations accordingly.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for sales.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A Passed Matric Certificate or equivalent; additional retail or sales training is a plus.
