Minimum Requirements

The ability to work within company policies and follow high-risk and low-risk discipline protocols is necessary.

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level qualification
• Flexible availability to work different shifts
• At least 6 months of experience as a Deli Assistant
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage stock effectively and adhere to hygiene standards
• Intermediate skills in communication, planning, organization, and product knowledge
• Basic team collaboration skills and a commitment to honesty, reliability, and ethical behavior are critical.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to shop-keeping disciplines, completing required documentation such as temperature records and price adjustments promptly.
• Report any dishonesty or shrinkage incidents to management, ensuring stock security.
• Exhibit personal leadership by maintaining attendance, dress code, hygiene, and punctuality standards.
