Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in Menswear, Ladieswear, Kidswear, or Lingerie categories.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong grasp of graphic design principles such as layout, typography, color theory, and brand identity.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media, with solid knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market and trend analysis, incorporating global and local influences into commercially viable design concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven creativity and innovation in visual design with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Adaptability, teamwork, and a passion for retail and merchandising, capable of influencing stakeholder decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and visually engaging graphic designs for fashion, beauty, and home product ranges that consistently align with Woolworths' brand values and identity.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising artistic quality and detail.
