Job Description: Supervisor
Supervisor supports the Store Management in achieving the daily deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Store Management in driving Sales and Turnover
- Creating and delivering an excellent customer shopping experience
- Motivating and inspiring your team members to work hard and push for sale
- Training team members
- Resolving customer complains timeously and professionally
- Visual Merchandising
- Delegate team
- Inventory management
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- 1 year of Supervisory experience is required in this role, experience leading a team will be an added advantage
- A passion for retail
