Job Description 🚀 We're Hiring: Storeman Location: Johannesburg

Reporting To: Operations Inventory Manager

💼 About the Role The Storeman is responsible for the effective receipt, storage, control, and distribution of stock within the Operations environment. The role ensures that inventory is accurately recorded, securely stored, and readily available to support business operations and field technicians.

The incumbent is accountable for maintaining stock accuracy, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating replenishment, conducting stock counts, and ensuring all stock movements are properly documented and controlled.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, record, and store incoming and returned stock.
• Issue stock to Field Technicians and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock shortages.
• Prepare and dispatch stock to branches and service providers.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and compile inventory reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stores environment.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and filed accordingly.

Required 🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Matric essential (Grade 12)
• Minimum of 2 years' stores or warehouse experience.
• Proven stock control and inventory management experience.
• SAP proficiency and computer literacy.
• Valid forklift licence (essential).
• Valid driver's licence.
