Job description
- Ensure Engineering Change Request (ECR) Workflow is updated with Logistics input.
- Manage Changes according to applicable ECR requirement.
- Ensure Purchase Orders support pending ECR’s.
- Ensure Picking- and Supply-Plans are updated in-line with ECR’s Provide factual overview of root –cause in order to support long-term solutions.
- Ensure all transactions related to Damages and Returns from production are processed.
- Monitor and report stock movements between SAP Warehouses.
- Purchase material on request Issue SD Orders, damages and goods consumables.
- Monitor and report on MPW-O Warehouse Key Performance Indicators Align MP-O Production Plan with Logistics Operational requirements.
- Ensure Production Plan is communicated with any changes.
Qualifications:
- Grade: 12 Matric.
- Certificate Supply Chain Management (or equivalent NQF Level 5).
Skills:
- Must be factual, procedural and analytical.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexible, active and forward thinking.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
- Computer Literate.
Experience:
- Experience in commercial vehicle industry - 2 years.
- Knowledge of SAP - 2 years.
- SAP Competency in Warehouse Management Processes - 2 years.
