Proactive Mining and Supply is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector (QC) to join our team. The successful candidate must have a strong quality control background within a manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication environment and be committed to maintaining the highest quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Quality Control position within a similar industry.
• Proficient in the use of measuring equipment and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret measurements and technical drawings.
• Experience in completing and maintaining Quality Control Plans (QCPs) and related quality documentation.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Ability to identify and report defects and non-conformances.
• Experience conducting visual inspections on manufactured components and finished products.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections of manufactured components.
• Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Complete and maintain QCP forms and inspection records accurately.
• Identify, document, and report quality defects and non-conformances.
• Ensure measuring equipment is used correctly and maintained in good condition.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes.
