POSITION INFO: Your Role This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your administration skills into a thriving wholesale environment. In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping our warehouse operations accurate and running smoothly. You will enjoy great support from management and plenty of opportunities to learn our inventory systems. It is the perfect next step to build a stable and rewarding career in stock administration. Job Description Capture all incoming and outgoing stock items on our digital system daily. Check physical deliveries against delivery notes to ensure everything is correct. Inspect received stock for any visible damage before it is stored. Print out picking slips, dispatch notes, and stock documents for the team. Help with regular, simple stock counts to keep inventory numbers accurate. Report any stock variances or counting differences to the manager quickly. Keep files like delivery notes and invoices organized neatly. Work together with the buying team to report any incorrect deliveries. Maintain a clean and tidy workspace in the stores office. What You Need to Apply A Matric \/ Grade 12 certificate. Good clerical or administration experience, preferably in a wholesale or stores environment. Basic computer skills and experience with any stock software. Good math skills for counting stock items accurately. A positive attitude, great attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
