A Stores Clerk provides excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, processing sales/returns at the POS, and maintaining a welcoming, organized store environment with well-stocked shelves and attractive displays. Key duties include handling payments, managing inventory, ensuring cleanliness, resolving complaints, and adhering to store policies, ensuring smooth daily operations from opening to closing.
To assist stores controller with the issuing and receipt of all packing materials for the raw and packaging stores to ensure adequate stock levels.
