Strategic Security Operations Manager
Project Management Qualification(Minimum Diploma)
Bachelors degree or Diploma (Security Management) or any other related security qualification
Grade A PSIRA Registered
Minimum 8-10 years Security Management experience as a Security Operations Manager oR Head of Security
Experience in managing contracts in excess of R50 000 000.00
Valid Firearm Competency
Drivers License Essential
Must be well networked and resourced in the security fields
Knowledge and skills in curbing overtime
Experience and knowledge in strategic rostering and attendance management
Lead and oversee all security operations in the organization
Develop implement and continuously improve security operations
Solid knowledge of customer relationship management
Project management skills
Strategic leadership and staff management skills
Problem-solving skills
Strategic management and implementation skills
You will drive customer satisfaction, ensure compliance and profitability, manage budgets and teams, and foster governance and continuous improvement while engaging senior clients and stakeholders
The incumbent will oversee national business development initiatives, solution-based selling, security tender management, commercial negotiations, and strategic partnerships with technology providers
Strong understanding and implementation of manned guarding, electronic security systems, risk management, integrated security solutions, control rooms, CCTV, access control, perimeter protection, and remote monitoring solutions.
Strong understanding of contract governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks within outsourced security solutions and technology environments.
Provide strategic leadership across national operations, overseeing control room, technical, and operational support functions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.Lead development of integrated security solutions tailored to client needs.
Ensure alignment of pricing, SLAs, and service models.
Evaluate security effectiveness and propose improvement strategies.
Identify innovative security delivery models (bundled services, technology-enabled security solutions).
Computer skills (Ms Office, advance Excel, Powerpoint)
Salary highly competitive and negotiable
Pay: R50 000,00 - R75 000,00 per month
