Job description
As Studio Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day success of F45 Ballito.
This role is equal parts leader, coach, salesperson and community builder. You'll inspire members, develop
your team, grow the business and create an environment where people love to train.
We're looking for someone who understands that success isn't measured only by membership numbers, but by the culture they create. The right person will take ownership of the studio, lead from the front, and become a recognized leader within the Ballito community.
You'll work closely with the owners to grow one of the region's most successful fitness communities while
delivering an exceptional member experience every single day.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
Lead, mentor and develop the coaching team.
Set the standard for professionalism, energy and member experience.
Create and nurture a positive, high-performance culture.
Hold the team accountable to F45 systems and standards.
Lead by example on and off the training floor.
Sales & Member Growth
Own the studio sales process from inquiry through to membership.
Confidently sell using proven sales scripts and processes.
Follow up all leads, trials and inactive members.
Drive referrals, local partnerships and community outreach.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Community Building
Create an environment where every member feels welcomed and valued.
Build genuine relationships with members.
Increase retention through exceptional service and engagement.
Coordinate member events, challenges, and community initiatives.
Be the face of F45 Ballito both inside and outside the studio.
Coaching
Deliver world-class F45 sessions.
Coach with high energy while maintaining excellent movement standards.
Modify exercises appropriately.
Inspire members to achieve their goals.
Maintain a safe training environment at all times.
Operations
Ensure the studio is presented to F45 brand standards every day.
Manage daily administration and member communications.
Oversee equipment maintenance and studio cleanliness.
Monitor KPIs and studio performance.
Ensure all systems and operational processes are followed.
Essential Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
Lives in or around Ballito.
Has previous management or leadership experience.
Holds a recognized Personal Training qualification.
Holds current CPR and First Aid certification.
Has proven sales experience using structured or script-based sales processes.
Has experience working within the fitness industry.
Is comfortable leading a team.
Is organized and highly accountable.
Is available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Pay: R18 000,00 - R23 000,00 per month
