Job description
The Fun Company is looking for an energetic and organised Store Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced family entertainment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the store according to trading hours
- Oversee daily operations across all departments
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
- Manage staff schedules, workstations, and performance
- Train and support new and existing staff
- Manage stock levels and place weekly orders
- Complete daily cash-ups and submit reports to Head Office
- Prepare monthly payroll submissions
- Troubleshoot basic IT, POS, and arcade machine issues
Minimum Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Matric (Grade 12) with English and Mathematics
- 3+ years’ supervisory or management experience in retail or hospitality
- 5+ years’ customer service, retail, or hospitality experience
- Strong technical and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Accurate and reliable cash-handling ability
