About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and process‑driven Supply Execution Planner to join to join our Operations and Services Department within the Demand Planning and Fulfillment Business Unit.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong coordination skills who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing daily supply plans, ensuring timely allocation, transfer, and replenishment of stock to branches in line with national forecasts and service level targets. The role focuses on efficient stock allocation, supplier performance monitoring, and proactive exception management to support branch availability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 with relevant tertiary qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics (preferred)
- 2–3 years’ experience in inventory or logistics planning
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficiency in coordination, scheduling, and time management
Experience
- Executing daily stock allocations and replenishment cycles
- Managing consignment and direct load planning
- Monitoring supplier and warehouse delivery performance
- Validating transfer data, parameters, and master data accuracy
- Analyzing branch stock positions and proposing redistributions
- Resolving allocation and inbound exceptions swiftly
- Producing replenishment reports and communicating operational risks
