Key Responsibilities
- Monitor gaming and non-gaming activities for compliance.
- Conduct surveillance scans, system checks and alarm/interface checks.
- Monitor high-risk areas and significant gaming events.
- Review CCTV footage and documentation relating to incidents and variances.
- Conduct investigations and report/escalate findings.
- Preserve evidence for further processes.
- Report significant incidents and capture relevant information.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
- Work within company policies, procedures and internal controls.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent gaming qualification.
- At least 1 year’s experience in gaming, financial auditing, law enforcement, security or defence is advantageous.
- Surveillance equipment experience is advantageous.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good English verbal communication.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Honesty, integrity and emotional resilience.
- Ability to rapidly monitor and interpret visual information.
Licences & Special Requirements
- Must meet Gaming Licence and FICA requirements.
- PSIRA Grade C registration required.
- Must be able to work shifts.
- Must be comfortable working in smoking areas.
- Full visual acuity, including colour recognition, is required.
