Help Real Estate Transactions Move Forward

Every property closing depends on accurate documents and someone who can spot issues before they become costly delays.

We're looking for a Surveyor to review property surveys, coordinate with vendors, and support title and closing teams throughout the transaction process.

If you've worked in title, escrow, mortgage, real estate administration, closing coordination, transaction processing, or property records , we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Review property surveys, legal descriptions, and title documents for accuracy.
• Identify missing information, boundary concerns, easements, encroachments, and other issues that may affect a closing.
• Coordinate survey requests and follow up with vendors until completion.
• Communicate with surveyors, clients, title teams, and internal staff to resolve questions quickly.
• Keep transaction files organized and updated.
• Support title, processing, underwriting, and closing teams to help transactions stay on schedule.

You should also have:

• Strong attention to detail.

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.

Nice to Have

• Experience reviewing property surveys.
• Knowledge of title commitments or title examination.
• Experience working with residential or commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience with a title company, survey company, engineering firm, law firm, or real estate company.
