SUSHI ASSISTANT

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a sushi assistant or strong culinary background with sushi training
• Excellent knife skills and understanding of traditional Japanese techniques
• Knowledge of fish quality, preparation, and safe handling practices
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistency
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive attitude and passion for hospitality

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• The store is closed on weekends and public holidays
• Staff are required to attend stock take on the last Saturday of every month; however, the store does not trade on this day
