The Systems Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This position requires a strong technical background with expertise in banking, payments, fintech, or telecommunications. The analyst will collaborate closely with development teams to design, analyze, and optimize systems that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

4. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, test, and implement system solutions.
• Identify and troubleshoot system inefficiencies, proposing improvements to enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and vendors.
• Document system processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in banking, payments, and fintech.

5. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst in banking, payments, fintech, or telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in system analysis tools, data modeling, and process mapping.

6. Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or related fields.
• Experience with API integrations, cloud platforms, or digital payment systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the banking or fintech industry.

7. Skills Required

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, UML, or similar tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments.

8. Experience Level

Mid to senior-level professional with 3+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis, preferably within banking, payments, fintech, or telecommunications.
