WE'RE HIRING | T1 ENGLISH CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS We're looking for people who know how to deliver great customer service.
If you've worked in e-commerce, retail customer service, live chat or a contact centre , we want to hear from you.
The role You'll support international customers across digital customer service channels, helping with orders, products, deliveries and general customer queries.
You'll be expected to:
- Deliver professional, efficient customer support
- Manage customer queries through live chat and other channels
- Resolve issues and find practical solutions
- Work accurately across multiple systems
- Meet quality, productivity and customer experience targets
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Previous e-commerce or retail customer service experience
- Experience with a print-on-demand or similar e-commerce business
- Strong live chat experience
- Zendesk experience is an advantage
- Previous BPO/contact-centre experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, adaptable and customer-focused
Shift availability We are recruiting across multiple international schedules:
UK hours: Day shifts
US East Coast: Evening shifts
Australia: Overnight shifts
Weekends will form part of the rotation for selected shifts.
IMPORTANT DATES
Screening & Interviews: 25 September – 2 October 2026
Training: 12 October – 30 October 2026
Go-Live: 2 November 2026
Campaign End: 19 February 2027
Location: Somerset West, Cape Town
