JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Purpose of the Job

• To provide a fair, accurate, and enjoyable gaming experience while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and delivering excellent customer service.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Job Scope & Key Responsibilities

• Operate gaming tables, manage bets and payouts, handle chips and gaming equipment, interact with customers, follow compliance procedures, and support responsible gambling practices within the casino floor.
• Deal Roulette and Blackjack games, calculate payouts, verify bets, operate shuffling and chip-counting machines, monitor gameplay, ensure compliance, report irregularities, and provide customer service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent national qualification in gaming operations

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer facing role

• Explaining game rules and communicating clearly with players in English.
• Performing quick and accurate numerical calculations during gameplay.
• Following all gaming compliance procedures, internal policies, and legal regulations.
• Monitoring gameplay to ensure fairness and reporting any irregular or suspicious activity.
• Promoting responsible gambling practices and assisting customers when required.
• Maintaining a professional, friendly, and courteous attitude while delivering excellent customer service.
